What type of paper do you use for your prints?
I use Epson Premium Presentation Matte paper. It's a high-quality, acid-free paper with a smooth, non-glossy finish so say yay to rich colors, sharp details, and long-lasting prints.
Do your prints come framed?
Nope! Prints are sold unframed but hey, maybe in the future.
Do you offer custom or personalized prints?
If there is a certain color you are looking for, please contact me and I'll let you know if
I can do it. Designs will not be changed, colors only.
Can I request a specific size that’s not listed?
Let me know what size you need (under 11x14in), and I’ll see what I can do! Larger sizes may come in the future.
Shipping & Processing
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days but I am a one lady band so times may vary slightly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are listed at checkout and depends on the print size, weight, and your location. Orders over $60 in the United States will receive free shipping!
Do you ship internationally?
Definitely! Delivery times and shipping cost will depend on your location. Buyers are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact me (preferably as soon as you see the damage) with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Please send your photos to sacredlittlehalos@gmail.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! If for any reason you don't enjoy your product (wah!), I accept free returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items MUST be in their original condition. After 14 days, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need your order canceled, please contact me immediately! If processing has already begun, it may be too late to cancel.
